Rablás és súlyos testi sértés miatt folytatott nyomozást zárt le vádemelési javaslattal a Szigetvári Rendőrkapitányság.Egy 53 éves kispeterdi lakos tett bejelentést 2016. március 29-én 18 óra 30 perckor arról, hogy a szőlőhegyen álló présházában egy ismerőse rátörte az ajtót, megverte, majd elvitt két liter bort.

A helyszínre érkező rendőrök az adatgyűjtést követően rövid időn belül megtaláltak az elkövetőt, akit előállítottak, majd gyanúsítottként hallgattak ki. A 30 éves botykapeterdi férfi beismerő vallomást tett. A házkutatáskor az eltulajdonított borosüveg is előkerült, amelyet a nyomozók lefoglaltak.

A Szigetvári Rendőrkapitányság az ügy iratait a napokban vádemelési javaslattal küldte meg az illetékes Ügyészségnek.
